Dear Saligaokars, Well-wishers and Benefactors,

We, Saligaokars, are rightfully proud of one of Goa's finest creation. The Mae de Deus Church of Saligao, with its Gothic spires and pristine white walls. its captivating beauty touches the hearts of every Saligaokar irrespective of age and whether residing in Saligao or not. With great pride we maintain it and periodically we renovate / beautify it to meet the needs of the hour.

One of our long pending need is that our children should have catechesis in proper classrooms (instead of sitting in the corridor and any available place) to give a firm Christian foundation. to take care of this need, the Fabrica, along with the other association of Mae de Deus Church, Saligao, and the civil authorities propose the following project comprising of:

(1) Classrooms for Catechesis - [so that the catechesis can be carried in a disturbance free atmosphere with proper seating arrangements]
(2) Multipurpose Hall For Religious Activities - [a chapel where Mass Will be celebrated for children] In short, an entire wing is dedicated to our children-the future Parishioners of Saligao.

Your generosity and support have always been our backbone. You rose to the occasion each time our church was in need of your assistance. Once again, we appeal to you to donate generously towards our project. No sum is too small. After all an ocean is made up of millions of drops of water. Every contribution big or Small Will be receipted and acknowledged.
